As an operations technician with us at Nordic PM, you will have a central role in ensuring efficient and stable operations in our clients' properties. You will work with operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of property technical installations – primarily ventilation, heating, cooling, and control and regulation technology. You are also responsible for creating and maintaining personal contact with clients and for resolving fault reports.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring operation, maintenance, and optimization of property technical installations (heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and control systems)
• Troubleshooting and rectification of faults and operational disruptions
• Monitoring via property systems
• Performing rounds and inspections according to operational plans
• Contributing to energy efficiency and technical development
• Daily contact with tenants and suppliers
• Participating in planning and follow-up of service and maintenance work

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a technical interest and experience from property operations. You have the ability to work both independently and in a team, are service-oriented, and have a solution-focused approach. You are good at communicating and collaborating with tenants, clients, and colleagues.

We see that you have:

• Relevant education in operations technology
• At least three years of work experience in operations technology or equivalent
• Good computer skills and preferably experience with digital property systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience working with energy efficiency
• Knowledge in control and regulation technology as well as HVAC
• Completed training for facility caretaker fire alarms
• Certificate for Hot Work

The position is a permanent full-time employment, Nordic PM applies a probationary period of six months.

Nordic PM's head office is located in Nacka, but in this position, you work in and are based at our clients' properties located around Stockholm. Initially, we are looking for someone who can work in Södertälje, but this may change over time.
