Service Technician Pool/Hot Tubs

Spacenter Gothenburg is a company that sells hot tubs, swim spas & pools. We also perform service work on these products at customers' homes. The store is located at Stora Åvägen 17 in Sisjön where we have a showroom & warehouse.

We are now looking for a new employee as a service technician. Your primary work tasks will be to assist customers at their homes with troubleshooting, repair, service, and new installation of hot tubs, swim spas, and pools.

Your work tasks may include:

• Handle service cases with positive energy and a sense of responsibility
• Deliver hot tubs and install them at customers' homes
• Build a complete pool with pool cover
• Troubleshoot and document - repair hot tubs and pools with electrical faults and leaks

You are self-sufficient and responsible for planning, booking with customers, and documenting the jobs. Some days the work may be at our store.

Relevant work experience in areas such as plumbing, construction, or electrical work, as well as previous experience in the industry, is advantageous.

The position requires that you have a Class B driver's license. A company car is included in the role.

Work areas are Gothenburg with approximately a 5-mile radius. The position is based from the store or from home depending on where you live.
