Service-Oriented Property Caretaker for

Do you want to be part of a team responsible for the maintenance of properties in our portfolio? We at Fastighets AB Järnbäraren are now seeking a property caretaker who wants to contribute to our tenants' satisfaction and keep our properties in top condition. The position involves external and internal property maintenance, with a base location at our caretaker's office in Gnosjö.

Tasks:

• Property Maintenance: Inspection, minor repairs, and upkeep of buildings and the property's technical systems.

• Outdoor Work: Snow shoveling, lawn mowing, trimming of bushes and trees.

• Tenant Service: Address fault reports, deliver high service, and contribute to tenants' well-being.

• Collaboration with Colleagues and Suppliers: Plan and execute larger maintenance projects in cooperation with technical staff.

Qualifications:

• Has experience in property maintenance (internal and external) or similar work.

• Has good technical understanding and can work practically.

• Is service-oriented and has a solution-focused approach.

• Has a B driver's license (requirement).

• Preferably has some form of education in property technology or equivalent experience.

• Possesses good ability to collaborate with customers and coworkers.

Orderliness and precision are something we highly value.

The work requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Employment:

Permanent full-time. Start immediately or as agreed.

Collective Agreement: Fastigo s-agreement

On-call duty regarding snow service is included in the position.
