Summer Substitute - Caretaker/Property Caretaker

Are you service-oriented, enjoy practical work, and want to contribute to creating a well-functioning environment for our visitors and tenants? We are now seeking a caretaker/property caretaker who can strengthen our team at Nordby Shopping Center during the summer of 2026.

About the Role

As a caretaker/property caretaker at Nordby Shopping Center, you will:

• Perform simple repairs and maintenance in and around the shopping center
• Handle daily fault reports and service matters
• Ensure that public areas are in good condition

The work is varied and requires both independence and good collaboration skills.

Working Hours and Period

• Start: Week 25 or 26
• End: Week 32 or 33
• Working Hours: Weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00

Qualifications

• Class B driver's license (required)
• Practical skills and problem-solving ability
• Service-oriented and responsible
• Meritorious: Experience in property care, caretaking, or similar work tasks
