Service Technician/Coordinator for Machine Control in the Stockholm Region

NCGeo AB is the exclusive distributor for CHCNAV machine control systems and geomatics solutions in Sweden and Norway. The product range includes 3D-GNSS systems for guidance of construction machinery and measurement equipment for layout and calculation in the field. We currently have offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

NCGeo AB is growing and we therefore need more service technicians who can support our existing customers but also assist our salespeople in the work of connecting new customers to the company.

You will be part of a small team where members help and support each other in problem-solving as needed.

You have team spirit but can also work independently.

Job Responsibilities

- Installation of our machine systems at customer or distributor sites.

- In connection with new deliveries, it often also includes configuring the product and conducting training in handling.

- Service and repairs on existing machine systems out in the field.

- The role as coordinator involves contact with workshops and customers to schedule visits for installation and service. Plan and guide our other service personnel. The position is a combination of field work and coordination, with emphasis on service and installation.

- Minor repairs and product upgrades are also included in the work.

- The position involves travel with overnight stays.

- Your base is at our office in Sollentuna, but you work primarily at customer sites during weekdays.

Requirements

- Technical installation skills and good technical understanding.

- Ability to express yourself well orally and in writing in Swedish.

- Ability to communicate and read English.

- Good computer skills, good knowledge of Office programs.

- Driver's license B.

Meritorious

- Previous experience with machine control or other technical background.

- Surveying background / construction background / industry background.

- Service of machinery or field mechanic.

- Experience from another technical industry.

- Experience with the CRM system SuperOffice.
