Property Technician

We are now looking for a team member, in Norrort Stockholm.

As a property technician, you will have an important and varied role where you are responsible for creating safe, well-functioning, and pleasant environments in the properties you manage. Your work is not just about operations and maintenance – it is about making the whole system work, every day.

You work both independently and sometimes together with colleagues. Your tasks range from inspections and repairs to ongoing maintenance of both properties and furnishings. You conduct technical and operational rounds, where your precision and eye for detail make a real difference.

An important part of the role is also the interaction with people. By being accommodating, solution-oriented, and professional, you build good relationships with both customers and tenants – and contribute to a positive experience of the living or working environment.

Your Profile

We believe you are a person who thrives with responsibility and enjoys working both practically and in a problem-solving manner.

You bring with you:

• Property competence from vocational school or equivalent experience from working life
• Experience working as a property technician
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Basic computer skills
• B driver's license
• Experience with meter reading in substations, such as district heating meters, heat exchangers, pressure and temperatures (supply/return), as well as water meters

Meritorious

It is an extra plus if you also have:

• Experience with property-related case management systems
• Certificates in, for example, Hot Work, Fall Protection, Lift, or as an installation technician for fire alarms, sprinklers, and SBA
