Forenom is now seeking a skilled caretaker for our service team in Stockholm.

We are growing strongly and can currently offer around 9,000 corporate apartments in the Nordics to over 4,000 corporate customers in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Germany

Now we are looking for you who want to be part of our Service Team in Stockholm.

As a caretaker in our service team, you are our face to the outside world, meeting both guests, property owners, managers, and property caretakers. You need to have an eye for detail, be flexible, and not afraid to pitch in when needed. The work tasks include maintenance work, simple property care, and furnishing and unfurnishing apartments. You work according to a rotating schedule, with evenings and weekends occurring.

As a person, you are cheerful, service-oriented, and a real team player but have no problems working independently. No day is the same with many different types of assignments, which is why it is important that you are organized and can prioritize your tasks. Experience in caretaking, painting and/or carpentry, electrical knowledge, and/or plumbing is meritorious.

Since you will be communicating both verbally and in writing with our guests from all over the world, you must write and speak Swedish and English fluently.

A driver's license for a manual car is required.
