Service Technician – Stockholm

Pirtek Sweden AB specializes in on-site mobile manufacturing of hydraulic hoses. We assist our customers in Stockholm, the Mälardalen region, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Borås, Malmö, Helsingborg, Linköping, and Norrköping with surrounding areas, and since 2008, we have completed over 100,000 assignments.

We are in an expansion phase where we need to increase our number of technicians in Stockholm. We are looking for you who have a strong sense of service, can shoulder significant responsibility, and love to tinker and work with tools.

Pirtek as a whole is today the world's largest hose van company. In Sweden, we are about 30 people spread across Stockholm, Gothenburg, Östergötland, and Skåne.

About the Service Technician Role

As a service technician with us, you will work with a strong operational focus and participate in the daily work of mobile manufacturing of hydraulic hoses. A given focus in the service technician role is to exceed the customer's expectations every time with well-executed work, where communication is key.

The employment form for this role is a fixed-term trial employment.

Job Duties:

• Manufacturing and replacement of hydraulic hoses on various vehicles, objects, and facilities.
• Performing preventive maintenance work at the customer's site to minimize the risk of downtime.
• Conducting customer care activities (customer visits) independently and/or together with your colleagues from the company.
• On-call service, which means you as a service technician are part of a rotating on-call schedule every day year-round.
• Responsibility for your service van – it is your own workplace.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing - this is due to the job duties, daily contact with customers, and reading and understanding instructions.

It is also advantageous if you have:
