About the Role

We are now seeking an experienced electrician with leadership experience who wants to take the next step in a role where you combine operational work with responsibility for team, planning, and delivery.

In this role, you are responsible for leading and distributing work in your team while being actively involved in daily tasks. You ensure that projects are carried out with high quality, according to schedule, and in compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves responsibility for developing work methods, creating structure, and contributing to an efficient and well-functioning operation.

Qualifications

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as an electrician
• Strong competence in low voltage
• Experience from project or contracting environments
• Experience with work supervision or personnel responsibility
• Good ability to plan, structure, and follow up on work
• Good knowledge of electrical safety and applicable regulations
• B driver's license
• Ability to travel for work
• Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing

Advantageous

• Experience with solar power installations
• Experience with battery storage and energy storage
• Experience with charging infrastructure (EV)
• Experience with backup power
• Experience with high voltage
• Previous role as a work supervisor, project manager, or team lead

Job Duties

• Lead, plan, and distribute work in the team
• Ensure quality, delivery, and efficiency in projects
• Work operationally with electrical installations
• Monitor work and ensure schedules are maintained
• Ensure work is performed according to regulations and safety requirements
• Contribute to improving work methods, routines, and processes
• Be a secure and clear leader in daily work
