Job Duties:

Create a trustworthy and service-oriented meeting with the customer, where their well-being and satisfaction are always in focus.

Give each customer a tailored and safe treatment, adapted to their unique needs.

Inform and educate customers about aftercare and product tips for best results.

Perform professional hair removal treatments with laser.

Administrative work such as handling bookings, phone calls, social media, and newsletters.

Responsibility for ordering and replenishing products is included.

Qualifications:

Licensed skin/laser therapist with relevant education.

Experience with hair removal using alexandrite laser is a requirement.

Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Experience in handling different skin types and offering solutions for individual needs.

Flexibility, attentiveness, and a professional demeanor.

Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
