Packaging Room Supervisor / Line Supervisor Food Production (Landskrona)

We are a growing food company based in Landskrona that produces chilled ready meals for grocery retail and foodservice. Our products are characterized by high quality, Swedish ingredients, and production without unnecessary additives.

We are in a strong growth phase and have recently expanded our production and organization to meet increased demand from our customers.

About the position

We are now seeking a packaging room supervisor/line supervisor for our production.

The role involves being responsible for the daily operation of our packaging lines and ensuring that production runs efficiently, with the right quality and on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work on the packaging lines
• Ensure that production follows plans and set targets
• Handle operational disruptions and deviations
• Ensure that procedures regarding hygiene, quality, and safety are followed
• Work operationally in production together with the team

You will work closely with our packaging manager who is responsible for planning, order management, and follow-up.

In the long term, there is an opportunity to also be introduced to administrative tasks and be able to provide support during absences.

Qualifications

• Experience from production, preferably within the food industry
• Experience in leading or coordinating personnel in operations
• Good ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Ability to work at a fast pace and take personal responsibility

Meritorious

• Experience with Lean or 5S
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with business systems, for example Visma Business

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is responsible, clear in your leadership, and enjoys working close to production. You have a practical approach and a good ability to manage both people and workflows in a dynamic environment.

Working hours

We mostly work daytime, but shift work may occur during peak volumes, etc.
