Extra Production Staff for Beconfident® in Båstad

Group Beconfident Europe AB is now seeking extra staff for our manufacturing facility in Båstad. We offer an exciting opportunity to work in a controlled and ISO-classified cleanroom environment to meticulously produce high-quality products for us and our customers.
About the role
As production staff with us, you will support the manufacturing of our oral health products. The work is practical and varied, and we set high standards for the entire production process from mixing to finished packaged products.
Your main responsibilities:
- Preparation: Assist in mixing products according to established recipes and instructions.
- Filling: Support the filling of primary packaging such as tubes, bottles, and syringes.
- Packaging: Perform manual packaging, labeling, and assembly of secondary packaging.
- Quality Control: Participate in final inspection and visual checks of finished products.
- Compliance: Follow strict GMP routines, hygiene requirements, and safety instructions.
- Structure: Contribute to order, cleaning, and good collaboration in the production area and report any deviations.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a high quality awareness. You enjoy working in a structured manner according to given instructions and have a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience from production, food, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics is advantageous, but not required.
- A good understanding of hygiene and work in clean environments is a plus.
- Ability to work in protective clothing according to established routines.

- Type: Extra/hourly employment as needed.
- Location: Our facility at Hallandsvägen 26 in Båstad.
- Work Environment: The work takes place in an ISO-class 8 cleanroom environment under high quality requirements.
