Machine Operators for Industrial Company

About Us

Habia Teknofluor AB is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of fluoroplastic hose, high-pressure hose, and machined PTFE components. The customer base consists of large international companies such as Hitachi, Tetra Pak, Parker, and ContiTech, with the majority of products delivered outside Sweden. The business was started in 1954 and has been part of Smiths Group under the Flex-Tek division since 2019. In Smiths Group, over 16,000 employees work in over 50 countries. At Habia Teknofluor, around 55 people currently work in expansive Knivsta, located between Arlanda and Uppsala.

About the Role

As a machine operator, you are responsible for your production line from start to finish. The work involves starting up and setting up the machine, loading materials, monitoring the process continuously, and ensuring that production runs smoothly as intended. The role also includes quality control, addressing minor operational disruptions, and ensuring that procedures and safety requirements are followed.

Who Are You?

We are looking for positive and cooperative individuals who are at least 18 years old, as some tasks require this according to the collective agreement. Applicants need to be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. In addition, you should be comfortable working two shifts, which means you will work mornings one week and evenings the next week.

Previous experience from the manufacturing industry is meritorious, as is an interest in technology. Having CNC training or experience is also meritorious.

A driver's license is advantageous as public transportation connections to the workplace are not very good.
