Requirements for Steel Assembly Fitter at Marbach:

• Experience:
• High school education or vocational preparatory education.
• Training takes place on-site with us.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Good understanding of drawings and assembly.
• Experience from construction/carpentry is an advantage.
• Accuracy and Quality Awareness:
• Being accurate, quality-conscious, and able to work independently is important.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Ability to work both independently and in a group as well as good communication skills.
• Adaptability:
• Ability to adapt to new technology and improve work processes.
