SWEDE-WHEEL AB is seeking a team-leading setter/machine operator - automated assembly

Do you want to combine technology, problem-solving, and leadership in a modern production environment? We are now seeking a setter and team leader for our automated assembly – a key role in our production.

In the role of setter and team leader, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of our automated assembly machines. You work operationally while leading and distributing work within the team. Independent work and a good understanding of group dynamics are crucial for success in this role.

As a team leader, you combine operational work with the responsibility of leading and distributing daily tasks, supporting colleagues in production, and ensuring efficiency, quality, and a good work environment in the team.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a good understanding of automation and production flows
• Have good technical understanding.
• Have a forklift license and forklift experience.
• Have good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Master Swedish well in both speech and writing.
• Are confident in taking responsibility, making decisions, and supporting others in their work.

Meritous:

• Experience with automated assembly
• Technical education or equivalent experience
