Sweden Seafood is now seeking production staff for our facility in Västervik.

About the position

As a production employee at Sweden Seafood, you will work at the heart of our production, where we process salmon by-products into feed for both Swedish and international markets. The operation is a crucial part of a circular and sustainable food chain where resources are utilized responsibly.

The work is varied and may include production, packaging, internal logistics, and forklift operation.

Tasks may include, among others

• Production and handling of fish-based by-products
• Forklift operation, loading and unloading
• Internal material handling and warehouse work
• Following current hygiene, quality, and safety routines
• Contributing to order, efficiency, and a good work environment

We are looking for you who

• Have a valid forklift license
• Have experience in production, industry, or warehouse (preferred)
• Are responsible, meticulous, and willing to work
• Enjoy physical work and a fast-paced work environment
• Have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude
• Are flexible regarding tasks and working hours

Experience from food production is preferred but not required – the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
