About the Position

As an operator with us, you will work in our food production with everything from raw material handling and machine monitoring to packaging and quality controls. The work is carried out in teams and according to clear routines for quality, hygiene, and safety.

Working hours may be scheduled during the day, evening, or in shifts depending on production needs.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Work on the production line
• Monitor machines and report deviations
• Weigh and mix ingredients
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and food safety
• Participate in improvement work for safety, quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues in production and technical departments

• Are responsible, thorough, and enjoy practical work
• Like working in a team and contributing to a good atmosphere
• Have a good understanding of safety and quality
• Master Swedish in speech and writing
• Have previous experience in food production.
