Production Worker / Food Worker, Jam Making and Packaging (60%)

We are seeking a practically oriented and meticulous production worker for food production at our organic farm operation. Here, you will work with small-scale food craftsmanship where jam and marmalade are made from scratch with a focus on quality, raw materials, and precision.

This is a role for you who thrives in physical and varied production work in a smaller organization.

We run an organic food production on a farm with a focus on jam and marmalade. Production is small-scale with an emphasis on raw materials, quality, and precision at every step.

Job duties:

After introduction, you will work with:

• Cooking jam and marmalade according to recipes and production procedures (food manufacturing)
• Packaging, labeling, and tagging of products
• Quality control and hygiene work (food safety)
• Machine handling and basic maintenance in production
• Loading and unloading with a wheel loader (as needed, beneficial if you have a license)

You have or are:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with industrial and practical work in food production.

• Meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Accustomed to physical work and varying paces
• Interested in production, food, or manufacturing
• Comfortable following routines and quality requirements
• Have a Class B driver's license
• You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing to follow routines, safety requirements, and production instructions.

Advantageous:

• Experience from the food industry, production, or packaging
• Wheel loader license / experience with wheel loaders or forklifts
• Previous work in a factory, warehouse, or process industry

No prior experience required, training is provided on-site.

Working hours:

Monday–Thursday 06:00–12:00 (may vary depending on production)

The position is at 60% (24 hours/week) with planned possibility to expand to full-time.
