ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a support staff member who is passionate about solving problems and creating satisfied customers. You will become part of our team in Luleå and guide our business customers when they have questions about our business and cash register systems. You do not need to be a technical expert from the start - the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are curious, and want to learn.

You will receive a warm introduction where we go through everything you need to know, both practically and theoretically. The position is full-time and the possibility of permanent employment is very good.

YOUR TASKS

As a support staff member, you will become an important contact for our customers. Your work involves, for example:

  • Answering questions and providing support in using our systems
  • Finding solutions together with the customer when something does not work as it should
  • Contributing to a positive experience through clear communication and a friendly approach


The work includes incoming calls and emails. Some on-call duty and weekend work may occur.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have a high school education (technical orientation is advantageous – but not a requirement)
  • Are communicative, service-oriented, and pedagogical
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Have experience in support, cash register systems, or finance (advantageous)


ABOUT FDT SYSTEMS AB

FDT is a full-service provider of business and retail data systems to companies, retail chains, and independent stores. We develop the software ourselves and currently have about 1500 customers in Sweden and Norway. Since April 2019, FDT has been an independent business unit within TSS, Total Specific Solutions, with headquarters in the Netherlands. We are located in Luleå and Kalmar and currently have 35 employees.
