Requirements Specialist for E-commerce System

We are looking for you who wants to take responsibility for defining and driving requirements ahead of procurement and implementation of a new e-commerce system. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering needs, analyzing the market, and documenting requirements, as well as ensuring that the solution meets the organization's needs. You will work closely with internal teams such as procurement, finance, IT, digitalization, and legal, and collaborate with procurement officers and managers.

You will lead meetings, coordinate resources, and ensure that all documentation and administration around requirements specification is carried out in a structured manner. The goal is to create a foundation that enables agreements with suppliers who can deliver according to the authority's needs.

Qualifications – mandatory

• Minimum 3 years of experience in requirements specification for IT system procurement, including at least one e-commerce system procurement within the public sector
• Experience in leading the implementation of at least one e-commerce system or similar system
• Good knowledge of procurement, logistics, and invoicing, as well as the ability to communicate with relevant teams throughout the entire procurement and implementation process.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes and regulations.

Desirable experiences

• At least two e-commerce system procurements, of which at least one within the public sector
• Experience with more than one implemented e-commerce system
• Participation in three or more e-commerce system procurements
