Who are you?

We don't know who you are, but we want you to be awesome at what you do, in addition to being a cool geek. To thrive with us, you need to enjoy working agilely. For us, agile means we maximize value for our customers with minimal effort. You should also like working in teams and be humble. We gladly question each other's solutions and ideas in a friendly way because it leads to better solutions. Humor is a requirement; otherwise, you won't be happy with us.

What will you get to do?

You will work as a consultant at customer sites as a system developer in some form. Our customers are in both the public sector and private industry. We always check with you before sending your CV to a customer and before accepting an assignment. It should feel good for both you and the customer.

Why be a consultant?

A big advantage of being a consultant is that you get to try many different assignments and businesses. You can easily change tasks while still keeping your employer. Thus, there are good opportunities to continuously develop in your profession.

What technologies do we work with?

We take on assignments ranging from system development and cloud services to BI, data analysis, and integration. Some common technologies we often encounter are: .NET, C#, Java, SQL Server, Azure, AWS, C/C++, Angular, React, Blazor, Typescript, Javascript, PowerBI, and Claude. Regarding methods, it usually includes everything from PM3 and XLPM to Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. It varies between assignments, of course, but the above are typically the most common. It is advantageous if you have a computer driving license 😉

Who are we at Hellman Dynamic then?

We are a lovely bunch of geeky people with offices in Borlänge and Gävle. Something that distinguishes us is that our management genuinely cares about the employees and prioritizes their well-being, for real! In the break room, we discuss important things like which house is best in Game of Thrones, Android or iPhone, Claude or ChatGPT, Crossfit or Spinning, Dansband or R'n'B, Star Wars or Star Trek, and other important questions. In addition, you get access to our group chat with fantastic memes and puns and the monthly video where the CEO and Vice CEO offer something... well, what should we say... "funny".

Formal requirements

• Worked at least 4 years as a system developer
• We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and seek forward-thinking and drive.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• You must be a Swedish citizen as many tasks may require security clearance.

Location is Borlänge or Gävle with the possibility of remote work.
