🚀 About the position

We are now seeking several experienced IT technicians / system specialists who want to work in a broad and developmental role where you get to combine support, operations, infrastructure, and IT security.

You will work with both large and small customers, where you are responsible for ensuring stable operations, solving complex problems, and contributing to the development of modern IT environments.

The role is varied and suits you who thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.

💻 Job duties

• Work with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support
• Operations, monitoring, and further development of IT environments
• Handling incidents, problems, and changes
• Work with IT security, SOC, and Endpoint
• Support within IAM, DevOps, and automation
• Work with databases (SQL) and log management
• Documentation and improvement of routines and processes

👤 Qualifications (requirements)

• Several years of experience in IT support and system management
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with user support
• Good documentation skills
• Relevant IT education
• Experience with agile working methods

⭐ Desirable

• Experience from both the private sector and public organizations
• Broad technical expertise in infrastructure and security
