About the role

As a .NET developer at Agero, you work closely with both colleagues and the business. You help develop solutions that should function in everyday life and create real value, with the support of the team around you.

The role suits you if you have worked with .NET and C# for several years, have a solid foundation to stand on, and want to continue growing together with others.

You work in teams where dialogue, learning, and shared responsibility are central. Here, you are encouraged to ask questions, try new things, and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and experience grow.

We believe you have

• 5-10 years of experience in .NET and C# development
• experience with CI/CD and DevOps (e.g., Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
• worked with solutions in Azure (e.g., Functions, App Service, API Management)
• good knowledge of databases (relational or document-based)
• experience with APIs and distributed systems
• experience with frontend development and modern frameworks, for example React, Angular, or Vue
• preferably written some Python too or are eager to learn
• interest in or experience with AI applications (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio)
• ability to communicate in Swedish and English
