IT Support Specialist to Forserum

About the role

As an IT technician at JELD‑WEN in Forserum, you will have a central and varied role where you work closely with the business. You are responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and support of our local IT infrastructure. The role includes, among other things:

· Incident management in ServiceNow

· Installation, maintenance, and support of computers, printers, and network equipment

· On-site and remote user support

· Technical on-call duty every fourth week

· Collaboration with our Scandinavian IT team and other internal functions

The position is based in Forserum with work one day a week at our sales office in Huskvarna. Travel may occur to other Swedish units as needed.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in IT and driven by providing professional service to users at all levels of the organization. You have experience in troubleshooting and user support, and thrive in a role where you get to solve both big and small technical challenges. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous, with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work.

To succeed in the role, we see that you appreciate variety and take responsibility for your tasks. You are communicative, pedagogical, and find it easy to build good relationships. You work effectively even under pressure, learn new tools and systems quickly, and enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals.

You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, have a Class B driver's license as travel may occur, and feel comfortable expressing yourself clearly and professionally in contact with users and colleagues.
