Brief Summary of the Role

For one of our clients, we are now seeking a service-oriented and self-sufficient consultant in onsite IT support for work in a mission-critical environment. The role involves daily presence close to users with responsibility for ensuring a stable and functional IT workplace. The assignment is full-time and requires physical presence at the client's office in Eskilstuna.

Job Duties

Provide technical support on-site when remote support is not sufficient

Install, configure, and deliver computers, phones, and other client-side IT equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in client environments, peripherals, and conference rooms

Manage printers and meeting technology

Work with systematic troubleshooting during incidents and disruptions

Document cases and solutions in case management systems and knowledge databases

Support colleagues at other locations during major incidents or security-related events

Ensure high quality in the local onsite delivery

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in working within onsite IT support or a comparable user-facing IT role

Good ability to work systematically with troubleshooting in client environments

Experience documenting cases and working in case management systems

Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meriting / Desired Competencies

Previous work with prioritized or time-critical support cases

Good communication skills and a professional approach to users

Start Date and Assignment Duration

Start around the end of April 2026

The assignment duration extends to around September 2028
