Job Duties

As a service technician, you work with daily service tasks at customer sites in the region within retail and the grocery industry. You work with solutions that streamline both store operations and the shopping experience, such as; cash handling, payment solutions, scales, packaging machines, and pickup lockers for e-commerce.

You are responsible for:

· Installation and service of technical solutions in grocery retail

· Service and repair work

· Training the customer's staff in handling

You work from home and have access to a company service vehicle. Since StrongPoint operates nationally, there may be occasional travel to other regions a few times per year.

Education and Experience

· High school diploma in electrical/mechanical/technical fields

· Previous experience from service-related professions.

· Basic knowledge of technical service, electricity, and networking.

· Experience working with networks, software, and data

· Good computer knowledge is naturally a requirement

· A merit is certification/knowledge in refrigeration technology.

· Driver's license B

· You express yourself well verbally and in writing
