Linux System Administrator

Your role As a LINUX technician and its platform, you will be a key person in the team responsible for managing and further developing technical services for our customer's operations. The assignment includes ensuring the availability of systems and digital services, which places high demands on both security, stability, and precision in the work we perform. You will also have a central role in the delivery and support flow of IT services. Examples of what we work with:

• Standardize, streamline, and automate work methods and systems.

• Participate in projects related to the technology platform.

• Be part of the operations and support team, performing troubleshooting and installations.

• Patch management and upgrading of the server environment.

• Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security protection regulations. For positions where our customer has requirements for security classification, it may, in applicable cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.

Your Profile

• A few years of experience in the LINUX technology area with a focus on server operations.

• Good knowledge of commonly used scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

• Security mindset regarding automated configuration management.

• Strong technical interest and enjoy working with the latest technology and keeping up with industry developments. Documentation is an important part of our work, which is why fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required. As a person, you are communicative and interested in meeting and collaborating with different types of people, both internally and externally. The work requires that you have a service-oriented approach. You are curious and not afraid to come up with new ideas and improvement suggestions. It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with Red Hat, SUSE Manager, or similar tools

• Experience with Ansible – Docker – Kubernetes

• System hardening
