Newtel is a small company with many interesting customers. We work exclusively with business customers, covering everything from mobile telephony to advanced telephony services. Our customers range from small to large enterprises. We are currently intensively working on introducing AI features for several of our customers. As an employee with us, you will primarily help our customers with support but also spend some of your time booking sales meetings with new and existing customers.

In your role as a Customer Service Employee:
As a customer service employee, your task will be to assist our customers with their technical challenges. You will provide support for telephony & switchboard solutions, and collaborate closely with our advisors, customers, and suppliers. You will handle cases primarily via phone and email, with the goal of always providing the best possible service to our customers. You will be part of a team based at our office in Bålsta. The work takes place on-site at the office in Bålsta.
Job Duties - Ongoing contact with customers, suppliers. Ongoing support for telephony, switchboard solutions, and AI Solutions, as well as order registration and reconciliation in our customer support systems.
We would like you to have: - An interest in Technology and IT - Completed high school education – Preferably previous experience in service roles and customer interaction. - Good data and system skills are a must - You express yourself well verbally and in writing - Are solution-oriented and pedagogical while enjoying working at a fast pace. If you currently work with support or sales at an operator or sell telephony in a store or something similar, it is certainly meritorious. Perhaps you live near Bålsta and are tired of traveling or want to switch from working with private customers to working with business customers.
