Job duties: We offer you a position in an exciting operation that is constantly evolving. The role as coordinator/IT responsible involves varied job duties, and in this role, you will have a varied and important daily life where you, among other things:
- Are responsible for permissions and user administration in our IT systems
- Are the system administrator and provide support as well as train colleagues in various systems
- Handle orders for IT equipment, cards, and office supplies
- Plan and coordinate schedules and contribute to a functioning staffing
- Work with patient administration, such as bookings, rebookings, and updating patient information
- Support the operation in daily administrative work through telephone service, email, and external contacts.
- Registration.
The role can vary based on the needs of the operation.
You will work both in a team and independently. In the work team, you want to be involved in improving routines, work methods, and development. The position is a central function for the clinic and is crucial for an efficient healthcare operation.
Qualifications: We welcome you who have experience in administrative work, preferably within healthcare. You have good system familiarity and a burning interest in IT. If you have previous experience working in primary care and in systems such as PMO and Pasis, it is considered meritorious. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience and good user skills in other systems such as Lissy, Filur, Medspeech, and 1177.
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
