Lilla Sur is an artisanal bakery in Kålltorp with a focus on sourdough, quality, and carefully selected ingredients. We work on a small scale but with high ambitions, where every product should maintain the highest level – every day. We are a rapidly growing bakery with clear goals ahead and a strong belief in craftsmanship, simplicity, and continuous improvement.

We are a high-tempo bakery with a strong focus on quality and customer experience. As part of our team, you are expected to contribute to both production and development, while maintaining our high standards.

We are looking for a baker at Lilla Sur in Kålltorp. The position is a temporary role from July 1, 2026 to April 1, 2027 for a colleague on parental leave. There is a good possibility for extension or permanent employment.

We are looking for you who have education in baking or equivalent experience, along with several years of practical experience. You are accustomed to working with sourdough, baking in a stone oven, and rolled doughs.

Work tasks:

  • Bake bread with a focus on sourdough
  • Dough preparation, folding, shaping, and proofing
  • Baking in a stone oven
  • Production of rolled doughs (e.g., croissants and pastries)
  • Planning and preparation of the day's production
  • Ensuring quality and consistency in all products
  • Cleaning and maintaining hygiene routines
  • Contributing with new ideas and creative development of the product range

Working hours:

  • The bakery is open Tuesday–Sunday
  • 8-hour shifts starting at 04:00, 05:30, or 07:00 depending on the day
  • Involves early mornings and some weekend work
