Bullangeriet is a café bar in the heart of Helsingborg city for those seeking coffee breaks and food beyond the ordinary. We bake buns and pastries from scratch – always without unnecessary additives and with carefully selected ingredients.
We work with what we call "conscious fika" – ingredients that are kind to both people and our planet, where we prioritize locally grown, organic, and sustainable choices.

About the position
We are now looking for two bakers/pastry chefs for our team.
The position involves:
- Daily work with baking buns and pastries
- Work from scratch with a focus on quality and craftsmanship
- Varied working hours
- Weekend work occurs
We are looking for you who
- Have experience working as a baker or pastry chef
- Are passionate about artisanal baking and good ingredients
- Are meticulous, efficient, and self-sufficient
- Enjoy teamwork and contribute to a positive work environment
- Have an eye for detail, taste, and presentation

We are looking for two people:
- One part-time at 75%. The position begins with a 6-month probationary period.
- One full-time on a temporary basis starting in July or as agreed and for 6 months forward.
