
Proviant Seeks Pastry Chef
Description
We need to strengthen our bakery and pastry shop with an ambitious pastry chef who wants to become an important employee in our newly built bakery/pastry shop at Storgatan 19 on Östermalm in Stockholm. Our current bakery supplies all our restaurants and cafés with bread and baked goods and our catering business with cakes, desserts, and much more - from early morning to evening.
We are now building a completely new bakery on Storgatan, which, in addition to supplying all our units with freshly made products, will also produce pastry items for our new restaurant; Vinbageriet at the corner of Storgatan/Artillerigatan where the pastry shop will be an important part of the whole. You will become part of a lovely kitchen and bakery team and together with the bakery manager and another baker, you will have the best possible opportunities for your work in newly built premises.
We bake practically everything from various bread types, cakes, pralines, cookies, croissants, cakes, mousses, desserts, etc.
We are looking for:
- An ambitious pastry chef
- You love bread, baked goods, and the craftsmanship
- You are a team player
- You are meticulous and responsible
- You can work at a high pace
- You need at least five years of experience from similar assignments

The working hours are varied
We have a collective agreement. Salary by agreement.
