Installer / Service Technician / Assembler

With strong demand for our boats, Linjett Yachts is now seeking an installer/assembler for mechanics, electronics, plumbing, heating, and similar components in marine applications. The work involves processing various materials such as wood, laminate, and metal, and using adhesives and screws for assembly. A vocational education background is positive; perhaps you have completed a high school program in vehicles or technical fields. You do not need prior experience working with boats, but you need an interest in developing within the company and boats.

With us, there are good opportunities to continue developing and building your knowledge together with the production of our boats. You need to be good at maintaining structure and order in your work and independently plan and carry out installations under responsibility. Collaborating with the team is as important as being able to manage yourself in your work.

We believe that you live or can move within a 45-minute radius of Rosättra (Norrtälje) - as we take a long-term view on employment and longer commutes are difficult to justify

About Linjett

We are a modern boatyard with 127-year-old traditions and about 45 employees located 15 km from Norrtälje. We build Linjett sailing boats with modern technology and also take care of the boats during the winter. Demand for our hand-built sailing boats and services is increasing, and we need to strengthen ourselves for future upcoming projects. Our customers have very high expectations of our Linjetts and service work. We who work here have a strong sense of quality and service and always put the boat owner in focus.

All individuals working at the Linjett yard need to have their own drive and enthusiasm to contribute. Our work week ends at 1:30 PM on Fridays, providing a longer weekend; we have wellness benefits and a collective agreement. The work involves personal freedom and responsibility that must be handled by all employees at the yard.
