Production Operator for High-Tech Company

We are now seeking a Production Operator for an innovative manufacturing company in Stockholm that develops and produces customer-unique, high-tech solutions.

About the role

As a Production Operator, you will become an important part of the company's manufacturing chain. You work closely with both colleagues and the production manager and are responsible for assembly, simple service, and quality control of customized products. The work may vary over time between varied and repetitive and combines practical tasks with technical understanding.

Your main work tasks:

• Assembly of components, fiber optic cables, and products with high precision requirements.
• Simple service work and quality controls.
• Work according to instructions and production pace towards set deadlines.
• Collaboration with approximately 10 colleagues in production to ensure an efficient flow.

You will receive a thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues, providing you with a secure start in the role.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and has a genuine interest in technology. You enjoy repetitive tasks, are quality-conscious, and find it easy to collaborate.

We believe you have:

• Completed high school education, preferably within technology or natural sciences.
• Experience with mechanical assembly or work in a production environment.
• Good computer skills and very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work accurately and follow instructions.

About the company

The company is a high-tech firm with approximately 25 employees in Kista and is part of a publicly listed group. The products are customized, and both production processes and machines are often self-developed – creating a unique and innovative work environment.
