We are now seeking a Head Chef for Dalecarlia Hotel & Spa in Tällberg.

About the role

As Head Chef with us, you have overall responsibility for the kitchen, from idea to serving. You lead the team, develop menus, and ensure that every plate maintains the highest level.

You work closely with hotel management and the restaurant team to create a holistic experience that guests remember.


Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the kitchen team
  • Create seasonal menus with a focus on quality and creativity
  • Ensure high standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene
  • Be responsible for purchasing, calculations, and cost control
  • Drive the development of the restaurant's concept and offerings


We are looking for you who

  • Have experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef with leadership responsibility
  • Are passionate about cooking and have a clear culinary vision
  • Are a confident leader who inspires and develops your team
  • Have good financial understanding
  • Thrive in an environment with high pace and high ambitions
