Kitchen Chef / Cook for Railway Restaurant in Floda

Railway Restaurant is now seeking an experienced and dedicated kitchen chef/cook who wants to be part of developing our business.

Work Tasks:

• Lead and distribute work in the kitchen
• Menu planning and development
• Orders and raw material management
• Ensure quality and structure in the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Experience as a cook, preferably in a leadership role
• Good knowledge of kitchen economics and planning
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• A genuine interest in food and development
