Extra Night Receptionist as Needed in Oskarshamn (Emergency Shifts)

About the Position:

We are now seeking experienced and service-oriented night receptionists for extra work as needed, often at short notice.

You will work at hotels in Oskarshamn via Energy Staffing & Advisement Sweden AB, where we match the right person to the right assignment. The work suits you if you are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working nights.

Job Duties:

As a night receptionist, you are responsible for:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Top-class guest service and interaction
• Handling booking systems
• Simple administration & breakfast preparation
• Ensuring a calm and safe environment during the night

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in hotel reception (preferred)
• Have worked nights before (Required)
• Speak Swedish and English fluently
• Are self-sufficient and confident in your role
• Can step in at short notice
• Have a professional demeanor and high service sense

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with systems such as Opera, Mews, or similar
