Head Chef

We at Mårten Trotzig are looking for an experienced and driven head chef who wants to lead and develop our kitchen team.

As an established restaurant with a focus on Swedish cuisine with an international touch, we work with many international guests, large and small companies in a high-paced environment. Now we are looking for you who wants to take overall responsibility for the kitchen, ensure high quality, and contribute to a first-class dining experience together with a professional team.

We are looking for you who: Have several years of experience in a leadership position as head chef or sous chef. Are a natural leader who can inspire, structure, and develop the team.

Have extensive knowledge of ingredients and a strong focus on quality. Are stress-resistant and thrive in a high-paced environment. Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.

Have experience with scheduling, orders, and cost control.
