Chef sought for well-established restaurant in central Lund

We are seeking a CHEF with AT LEAST 4 years of documented experience who is a team player and has a great passion for the profession at a cozy bistro/brasserie with a French touch & Scandinavian influences. You should be creative, organized, curious, motivated, positive, energetic, honest, and reliable.

The work involves ordering goods (Swedish language is a requirement), receiving goods, preparation and processing of raw materials, suggestions for and cooking of dishes, finishing work, handover, and cleaning.

The restaurant is open Monday-Tuesday lunch, Wednesday-Saturday lunch & evening. Closed on Sundays. Employment according to Visitas and HRF rules & guidelines. Hospitality among staff is as important as with guests. The restaurant is located in the center of Lund with bus & train connections within a 5-minute distance.
