Elise is seeking a head waiter

Elise was started in 2018 and has since become a popular summer restaurant with a mention in the White Guide. We maintain a high but relaxed level and the ambition is to create memorable overall experiences for our guests.

We who run Elise are two brothers in their mid-30s to 40s, and both of us work daily in the dining room operations. We believe it's important to have fun at work and strive for a good atmosphere. In total, we are about 20 people in the team. Approximately two-thirds of the staff return from year to year. During peak season, we serve 250 dinner guests daily and are open evenings six days a week.

For the summer, we are seeking a head waiter for evening work in our à la carte service. You have overall responsibility for the restaurant during service along with other key roles, and either greet guests at the door or move around among the guests helping where needed.

We consider it desirable that you have worked in a similar role for a few years previously and are thus self-sufficient from the start. Work is available from mid-June to mid-August. Shorter periods during the summer are also fine.
