Elise is looking for serving staff

Elise was started in 2018 and has since become a popular summer restaurant with a mention in the White Guide. We maintain a high but relaxed level, and the ambition is to create memorable overall experiences for our guests.

We who run Elise are two brothers in their mid-30s to 40s, both working daily in operations. We believe it's important to have fun at work and foster a good atmosphere. In total, there are about 20 people in the team, roughly half of whom are aged 15-20. Approximately two-thirds of the staff return from year to year. During peak season, we serve 250 dinner guests daily and are open in the evening six days a week.

For the summer, we are looking for serving staff to work evening hours for à la carte service. You will be responsible for your own station, which during peak season accommodates two seatings per evening.

We consider it desirable that you have worked in service for a few years previously and can quickly become independent. Work is available from mid-June to mid-August. Shorter periods during the summer are also acceptable.
