Waitress/Waiter - Shift Leader for the Summer

Landvetter Airport Hotel is a 4-star family-owned hotel with 184 cozy rooms, 10 conference rooms, a gym, and a relaxation area. In our esteemed restaurant, guests experience a homely atmosphere with good food and excellent service. At Landvetter Airport Hotel, our goal is to exceed guest expectations. We are now seeking a passionate and experienced waitress/waiter to strengthen our team. With our focus on a bistro concept centered on guest satisfaction, we strive to offer a memorable and flavorful dining experience for our guests.

About the Role

You will work operationally in the restaurant and lead the team during your shifts. The role involves ensuring structure, pace, and a high level of service for our guests.

• Have solid experience in serving

• Have previously taken responsibility or led shifts

• Are confident, clear, and solution-focused

• Have a natural hospitality and an eye for detail
