Kitchen Assistant for Our Production Department Summer 2026

Buhres in Kivik is located at the harbor in Kivik on Österlen and consists of a fish and delicatessen shop, a smokehouse, and a restaurant with various dining sections.

Since 2016, Buhres has been part of Lagnell Group, which operates Laxbutikerna on the West Coast.

The goal is to develop and maintain a thriving workplace and destination, where both guests and staff feel comfortable and welcome.

We are seeking for the upcoming season morning-energetic and cheerful cooks who can help us prepare cold dishes for our various departments but primarily for our shop. Work shifts start as early as 7:00 AM and end in the early afternoon.

Your tasks will involve preparing food for these units. The range of dishes and products from the sea is broad. We serve everything from shrimp sandwiches, open-faced sandwiches, poke bowls, pies, wraps, various salads, desserts to assorted fish and shellfish platters.

Completed hotel and restaurant education and work experience are advantageous.

Scope of the position: 50-75%

Duration of the position: 1-3 months.

Start date: As agreed.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.

Overtime and holiday pay are added on top of the hourly wage.
