We are now looking for a passionate Sushi Chef who wants to help develop our concept and create memorable taste experiences for our guests.

Your role

As a Sushi Chef with us, you will work with the highest quality ingredients and have the opportunity to put your own mark on both dishes and the menu. You will become an important part of our team where precision, creativity, and collaboration are the focus.

You are also responsible for the daily kitchen prep, such as slicing salmon and tuna, preparing ingredients, and making our own sauces and accompaniments.

• Has experience with sushi and Japanese cooking
• Has a feel for flavors, aesthetics, and ingredient handling
• Is precise and confident in handling fish and ingredients
• Is creative and wants to contribute with new ideas
• Enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene
