About Us

Bistro Borgen is located just inside Österport in Visby city center. We serve food made from scratch – everything from burgers and quesadillas to amazing pizzas and vegetarian dishes. There's also billiards, shuffleboard, and a lively evening environment with music and karaoke Wednesday–Saturday.

About the Role

We're looking for a bartender who can also step in as service manager on certain evenings. You'll be an important part of the team and responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly – both at the bar and in the restaurant.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work at the bar and mix/run service at a fast pace
• Act as service manager when needed
• Support the service with drinks and service
• Contribute to a great experience for our guests

We're Looking for You Who:

• Have experience from a bar or restaurant
• Have training in responsible alcohol service
• Are responsible and confident in leading a work shift
• Enjoy people, service, and a lively work environment
• Thrive with evening work

The work is primarily evening hours and you need to be at least 18 years old. Salary according to agreement.
