Buhres in Kivik is located by the harbor in Kivik on Österlen and consists of a fish and delicatessen shop, a smokehouse, and a restaurant with various service sections. Luckan with homemade fast food, Buhres Bistro with drop-in and a broad fish and shellfish menu according to season, and our restaurant section Verandan where we have table service, themed evenings, events, and larger orders.

Since 2016, Buhres has been part of Lagnell Group, which also owns and operates the Laxbutikerna on the west coast.

About the Job

At Luckan, we serve fast food made from scratch. We fry herring, boil mashed potatoes, prepare shrimp sandwiches, make sauces according to our own recipes, take orders, handle the cash register, and much more.

At Luckan, you work in a team of 5-6 people. You work 4 days one week and 3 days the other week. As part of our team, you will receive instructor-led food hygiene training from Anticimex. On-site training also takes place continuously, and regular staff are always nearby to provide assistance.

You prefer to see solutions rather than problems and enjoy working with food and people. You like to work in an organized and clean manner, as good food hygiene is important.

The position is 75-100% and working hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts, but no later than 21:00.
