Kitchen Manager / Chef – Full-Time
Location: Jayjay’s, Sameland, Arvidsjaur
We are looking for a dedicated and creative kitchen manager/chef who wants to become part of our team at Jayjay’s in Arvidsjaur. With us, you will work in a unique environment where culinary experiences are central, both in our daily operations and in connection with our events.
In this role, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and developing our meals, while contributing to the overall experience for our guests. You work both independently and together with the team to ensure high quality in everything we serve.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve lunches and/or dinners with a focus on quality and taste
- Plan menus and contribute to the development of our food concept
- Be responsible for the kitchen's daily operations, structure, and ingredient management
- Ensure good hygiene and follow food safety routines
- Assist in planning and executing events and special arrangements, as well as for daily lunches/dinners
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to create an overall experience for our guests
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in cooking, who is self-motivated and enjoys a dynamic environment. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and appreciate working in both everyday service and larger events.
Experience from a similar role is advantageous, but we place great importance on personality, commitment, and the desire to develop together with us.
Scope: Full-time (working hours may include evenings and weekends)
Location: Jayjay’s, Arvidsjaur
Start: According to agreement
