Restaurant COUP DÈTAT will push culinary boundaries with a menu featuring Far Eastern Cuisine blended with Western flavors and influences. Persian and French tastes elegantly intertwined by star chef Erik Videgård to create a new wave of Persian cuisine.

The extensive wine and champagne list complements the food with a broad selection of both world-renowned names and unusual finds, and we take pride in offering a unique and experimental cocktail selection.

Our private dining room will be inspired by French style where our guests can relax and enjoy the culinary experience. An evening at COUP DÈTAT is more than perfectly executed dishes, service, and drinks—it's also filled with engaging encounters. We aim to create a festive atmosphere and have chosen to take a fresh approach from the first meeting with our guests throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

Your duties as a bartender include:

- Traditional bartending work of high quality.

- Providing personalized service and recommendations.

- Contributing to upselling.

- Table service.

- Ensuring laws and guidelines are followed.

- Handling cash management.

- Coaching interns and new colleagues.

- Stress-resistant and able to perform under high pressure.

- At least 2 years of experience in the profession.

- Passionate and interested in the profession.
