Restaurant COUP DÈTAT will push culinary boundaries, and the menu consists of Far Eastern Cuisine with Western flavors and influences. Peach & French flavors are elegantly interwoven by star chef Erik Videgård to spice up a new-wave Persian cuisine.

The extensive wine & Champagne list complements the food with a wide selection of both world-renowned names and rare finds, and we are proud to offer a unique and experimental cocktail selection.

Our private dining room will be inspired by the French style, where our guests can relax and enjoy the culinary experience. An evening at COUP DÈTAT is more than perfectly executed dishes, service, and drinks, but also filled with engaging encounters. We want to create a festive atmosphere and have chosen to take a new turn at the first meeting with our guests and during the dinner experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified chef with at least 5 years of experience in Persian cuisine, specializing in Persian grilled dishes, stews, and bread.
