Kitchen Assistant for Accommodation and Conference Facility

We are looking for you who want to be part of our team and who are responsible and meticulous and want to help our chefs create good food. At Allégården Kastlösa, there is a wide variety of guests. Everything from young people at camps to active retirees and groups who wish to eat three-course meals. All guests are equally important and all should be satisfied, but for that, we need to adapt our meals according to the guests.

We are seeking a kitchen assistant, preferably with experience. We envision that you want to work 70-100% from May to the turn of the month August/September.

We prepare most of our food from scratch using Swedish ingredients as far as possible and preferably local meat products. This means that in addition to cooking, we often bake bread, desserts, and prepare coffee breaks and sandwiches. During the summer, we have one month with only à la carte service.

Allégården is located in the countryside, and there is no public transportation available that fits the working hours. This means you need to be able to drive and have access to a car to get to and from work if you do not live nearby.

The most important thing is that you enjoy preparing good food and that you are meticulous, responsible, and a good colleague.
